Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

    • Used kitchen accessories

    • Perishable or customized items

    • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@kitchenlinen.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For defective or incorrect items, Kitchenlinen covers return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace the item at no cost.

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
